Our office hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm.

We are a non participating provider. However, we will help you file a claim with your insurance provider and we can develop financial plans to help you budget the cost of treatment as needed.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
We understand that "life happens" and this may not always be possible due to sudden illness or changes in your busy schedule. Our policy, however, is to start taking a $50 non-refundable deposit should you re-schedule a broken appointment with less than 48 hours more than once.
